Essentials PetCare provides basic, high-quality, preventative veterinary services to help ensure that all pets have access to affordable care. Our Care Coordinators are detail-oriented front-end managers of the clinic, acting as a liaison between clients and clinic staff.
You’ll handle digital medical records and patient reminders, oversee payments and transaction records, as well as educate clients on clinic services, policies, and preventative medications for their pets. We offer competitive compensation as well as the opportunity to cross-train as a veterinary assistant and grow within the veterinary care field.
While animal care experience is not a requirement of this position, great people skills are, as you’ll be answering phone and email queries, checking clients in and out, and overseeing clinic workflow. Some cleaning and other office/clinic maintenance tasks are part of this job as well.
To make ourselves as accessible as possible to pet owners, we are open seven days a week with no appointments. That means you can choose to work with our very appreciative clients full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.
