Saturday’s grand opening event will include free giveaways, family-friendly entertainment and on-site professional pet grooming and training demonstrations. Attendees can also meet the Essentials PetCare team to learn more about the clinic’s affordable, high quality veterinary services. 

ROYSE CITY, Texas. – Essentials PetCare is celebrating  the grand opening of its Royse City walk-in veterinary clinic on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. to kick-off  its introduction to the local community.  

The family and pet-friendly event is free, open to the public and will be held at the company’s new Royse City clinic, which has an outdoor entrance at the front of the Walmart Supercenter located at 494 W. Interstate 30. The celebration will feature fun activities, giveaways, complimentary refreshments, and training demonstrations by the Ponderosa Pet Resort.  

Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the new veterinary clinic and meet with clinic team members.

“We are excited to invite community residents out for a day of fun at our new Royse City clinic. Our grand opening celebration will include activities for all ages, such as a coloring contest for kids,” said Christine Battista, co-founder and chief operating officer of Essentials PetCare. “Most importantly, this is an opportunity for our team to introduce themselves to our new neighbors and share helpful tips about keeping their pets healthy over the course of their lives.”

Essentials PetCare began expanding across the Dallas-Fort Worth area earlier this year and operates three clinics located within local Walmart stores in Kaufman, Royse City and Anna, with plans to open more in the coming weeks.

Each clinic location offers pet parents an array of veterinary care services for both cats and dogs on a walk-in basis, without the need to schedule an appointment. Pet care services include minor illness exams, vaccinations, lab testing and routine wellness exams.
