New Clinic Special Offer Rules and Regulations

  1. This special offer is sponsored by Essentials PetCare, LLC. 
  1. This offer is available to be redeemed during the first week the new clinic is open for business, unless otherwise noted. This offer is available only at the clinic(s) specified and not redeemable at other Essentials PetCare locations that are currently open.  
  1. This offer is available on a first come, first serve basis. Entering a code at check-in or submitting a request through Facebook will not guarantee that the service will be reserved for your pet. 
  1. Pets will not qualify for a complimentary nail trim or exam if the service is included in any bundled package added to your first visit. 
  1. Special offers include: 
  • Complementary nail trim – $15 value 
  • Complementary veterinary exam with a prescription for flea prevention – $50 value 
  1. Limit one (1) offer may be selected for one (1) pet per new client. This offer is not available to existing clients.  
  1. You must comply with all Essentials PetCare policies, including: 
  • Proof of a current rabies vaccine is required for all patients 16 weeks and older for the safety of our staff, other clients, and general public health. Please email your pet’s current rabies certificate to your local clinic before your scheduled visit time. Rabies tags and vaccine reminders are not considered proof of vaccination. If your pet is not current on their rabies vaccine, we can administer at the same time as other services, if deemed appropriate by the veterinarian. 
  • A maximum of two pets per family are allowed for back-to-back visits. 
  • Please do not bring in: coughing dogs, female pets actively in heat, or stray animals. 
  • Dogs must be on a short leash (6-foot or less) or in a carrier. Cats must be in a carrier.

  1. To participate, go to https://essentialspetcare.com/book-a-visit/ and enter your code. If you submitted a form from our complementary service Facebook ad, our team will discuss your eligibility for the complementary offer when they contact you.  
  1. This offer may not be combined with any other special offer at Essentials PetCare. 
  1. By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. You further agree to accept the decision of Essentials PetCare, LLC, as it relates to this offer.  
  1. Essentials PetCare reserves the right to disqualify anyone who attempts to tamper or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the promotion.
