We are making it even more convenient to get your pet routine veterinary care with our new online check-in! View the current wait times at our clinic below and choose to check-in ahead and reserve your spot in line.
How To Check-In:
- Enter your email in the box below and follow the prompts to check-in and register!
- Once your information is entered, you’ll get an estimated wait time. If there’s no wait, you can come in immediately; if there is a wait, you’ll see how many pets are in front of you. We’ll even send you an alert when your wait time is down to five minutes!
If you are a returning client, you will receive a token via email/text. * If it’s not in your inbox, please check your junk mail.
Please Note: If you are not physically in the clinic when your estimated wait time is up and your name is called off the list, you will lose your place in line.
New Clients: Register to Visit Later
Are you new to Essentials PetCare and planning to visit us? Save time by sending your information before you come in. Click on the Register Here button below, then click on the green Register button and enter your name and email. Once you verify your email, you’ll be able to log-in to add you and your pet’s information. Then, when you walk in to see us, your check-in will be fast and easy!

Existing Clients: Register for Client Portal Access
Existing clients can take advantage of our new client portal, where you have real-time access to your pet’s medical records. You can use it to view and print your pet’s vaccination record and rabies certificate, access their microchip number, view receipts and update your contact information, all in one place!
Before you can access the Essentials PetCare Client Portal you must request log-in information through the form below. Once our team receives your request and enables your access, you will receive a welcome email with your log-in credentials. Your request will be completed before the end of the day if received during our business hours.
