Essentials PetCare is now offering telemedicine services to existing patients!
EPC’s Telemedicine Plus™ allows us to help our patients with minor illnesses and select lab testing, all while maintaining CDC social distancing recommendations! Our safe and convenient Telemedicine Plus™ visits can be conducted from the comfort of your home, with your pet by your side. If your pet is suffering from itchy skin, scratching at their ears, or experiencing some other minor illness, we would be happy to help. Pets who have visited Essentials PetCare in the last 11 months will be eligible for virtual visits with EPC veterinarians for all regular minor illness packages.

If your pet has visited us in-person in the past 11 months, which means there is a current veterinary-client-patient-relationship (VCPR), and they are in need of minor illness care or an intestinal parasite test, submit your request below.

Essentials PetCare focuses on preventative and minor illness care. We refer pets to full-service hospitals for issues that are beyond our scope of services, and we may also need to refer them for minor illnesses if their symptoms are beyond the scope of Telemedicine Plus™. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please reach out to your local full-service veterinary hospital or animal emergency hospital.
Telemedicine Plus™ will be conducted via Zoom teleconferencing, so you will need a smartphone or computer with a webcam so that the veterinarian can see you and your pets.
You will need to have an email address on file to participate in the services above as we will need to email our telemedicine consent form for a digital signature.
Payments can be submitted online via PayPal prior to visits (by credit card or debit card).
