By purchasing this prepaid package, you understand that services are bundled and there are no partial refunds on unused services. Packages are not transferrable to other pets or clients. You agree that your pet must complete the package before it expires to receive the included services.
If you do not think you will use all services in the package (for example, if you plan to move or give the pet away), we recommend purchasing individual services at each visit.
